Wood, Executive Director of Food Animal Concerns Trust, for Community Dining's first pop-up dinner at Jam in Chicago. The evening will feature a panel discussion of farm management practices including animal welfare standards, responsible antibiotics use, slaughter guidelines, and how to interpret and understand food labels to make the most of your food purchasing dollars.
